- Open Cash App on your Phone.

- Fill out the form on the next page with your old phone number or email address.
- Upon entering your old email or phone number, you will receive a sign-in code.

How To Access an Old Cash App Account Without Email or Phone Number?

- Give your name, date of birth, and Social Security number to activate your Cash Card.

- Select “Can’t Access Account.”
